Leading UK music industry figures including Jeremy Marsh, Nick Stewart and Marc Marot, who have overseen the careers of artists such as U2 and Ed Sheeran, have announced the launch of music company Breaking Wave Group (BWG), for artist management, music publishing and special projects.

The company's first signings, 10cc and Rumer, are set to release new albums via the label. Marot commented 'Our careers have been spent with artists, putting them first and helping present their creativity to the world, and that's what BWG is about'.
